VEG FRIED RICE RECIPE 2023 | RESTAURANT STYLE VEG FRIED RICE

Hi, friends welcome to hindustannews. site today we are going to make a veg fried rice recipe in the restaurant-style so let’s jump into the delicious food world without making any further delay.  Now follow the below steps carefully to get better results.

REQUIRED ITEMS FOR THE VEG FRIED RICE RECIPE

  •  Oryza Sativa (  long-grain aromatic rice ) ( 1 cup )
  • Freshwater
  • Salt ( 2 tablespoon )
  • Lemon juice ( 1 tablespoon )
  • Oil ( 2 tablespoon )
  • Finely chopped Garlic ( 1 tablespoon )
  • Finely chopped Ginger ( 1 tablespoon )
  • Green chilly ( 2 to 3 pieces )
  • Finely chopped Onion ( 1/2 cups )
  • Finely chopped beans ( 1/4 cup )
  • Finely cube-shaped cut Carrot ( 1 )
  • Colored Capsicum ( 1/2 cup )
  • Finely chopped Cabbage ( 1/2 cup )
  • Vinegar or Lemon juice  ( 1 tablespoon )
  • Soy sauce ( 2 to 3 tablespoons)
  • Red chilly sauce ( 1 tablespoon )
  • Spring Onions green ( 3 to 4 pieces )
  • Black Pepper powder ( 1/2 tablespoon )
  • Manchurian gravy ( 1 cup )

PROCESS OF MAKING VEG FRIED RICE RECIPE

  • Take an Oryza Sativa (  long-grain aromatic rice ) ( 1 cup ) and soak it in a bowl of water for 1/2 hour. Now take a medium-sized pan and add water  ( 3 cups ), Salt ( 1 tablespoon), Lemon juice ( 1 tablespoon ) and Oryza Sativa (  long-grain aromatic rice ) ( 1 cup ) mix it up well and cook on a medium flame for 7 to 8 minutes unit it’s become soft.

                               

  • Strain all the Water from the rice and pour some more water spread the rice and keep it aside. Take a wok pan and add Oil ( 2 tablespoons), Finely chopped Garlic ( 1 tablespoon ), Finely chopped Ginger ( 1 tablespoon ) and Green chilly ( 2 to 3 pieces ) cook on low flame mix it up well by tossing up occasionally for 2 minutes. After this add Finely chopped Onion ( 1/2 cups ) to the mixture toss it up and cook for another 2 to 3 minutes.

  • Continuing cooking the above mixture now add Finely chopped beans ( 1/4 cup ), Finely cube-shaped cut Carrot ( 1 ) toss and cook for 3 minutes more. When it’s slightly soft add Colored Capsicum ( 1/2 cup ) and finely chopped Cabbage ( 1/2 cup ) and toss it up for again 3 minutes. Then add Salt ( 1 tablespoon ), Vinegar or Lemon juice  ( 1 tablespoon ), Soy sauce ( 2 to 3 tablespoons) and Red chilly sauce ( 1 tablespoon ) toss again for up to 1 minute and finally add cooked Oryza Sativa (  long-grain aromatic rice ) ( previously prepared ), Spring Onions green ( 3 to 4 pieces ), Black Pepper powder ( 1/2 tablespoon ) cook it up mix it nicely for 3 to 4 minutes until Rice become fully coloured and coated with the base.

  • Once cooked well just toss for some more minutes to make the veg fried rice a little mushy. Let’s its aroma and looks good with flavorful separated.
  • Our mouth-watering veg-fired Rice is ready to eat and served hot-hot. Spring some onions for a more colourful look. We can eat this dish with Manchurian gravy ( optional ) ( 1 cup ) by the side or without this gravy.

SUGGESTIONS AND PRECAUTIONS WHILE MAKING VEG FRIED RICE RECIPE
  • Use good quality  Oryza Sativa (  long-grain aromatic rice ) ( 1 cup ) for better results
  • Boil the Rice well so it’s become mushy enough
  • We can use Spring onions in place of regular onions
  • Don’t overcook the vegetable mixture it will make the dark mixture and leave a smell
  • we can use salt as per our needs
  • The made dish can be served for 2 persons and the maximum duration it takes to make this veg fried rice is 1 hour ( approximately )
  • We can try other gravies with this dish.
