REQUIRED ITEMS FOR THE TUTTI FRUTTI BISCUITS RECIPE
- All-purpose flour ( 1 cup )
- Custard powder ( 2 tablespoon )
- Butter ( 1/3 cup )
- Sugar powder ( 1/2 cup )
- Vanilla extract ( 1/2 tablespoon )
- Cardamom powder ( 1/4 tablespoon )
- Baking powder ( 1/2 tablespoon )
- Tutti Frutti ( 1/4 cup )
- Dry nuts chopped ( 3 tablespoons )
- Milk ( 1 to 1.5 tablespoons)
PROCESS OF MAKING TUTTI FRUTTI BISCUITS RECIPE
- Take a medium-sized bowl and All-purpose flour ( 1 cup ), Custard powder ( 2 tablespoons), Cardamom powder ( 1/4 tablespoon ), Baking powder ( 1/2 tablespoon ), Tutti Frutti ( 1/4 cup ) and Dry nuts chopped ( 3 tablespoons ) mix it up well and keep aside.
- Next in a medium-sized bowl add a grain of Butter ( 1/3 cup ) along with Sugar powder ( 1/2 cup ) next add Vanilla extract ( 1/2 tablespoon ) then mix the earlier prepared dry flour mixture to this mixture. Mix the mixture well so It can able to form clumps.
- Now slowly add Milk ( 1 to 1.5 tablespoons) to the above mixture and mix it up nicely using hand with consistency. Take a plastic warp place it on a kitchen floor ( as shown in the below picture ) add the flour mixture to the plastic wrap and wrap it up around the rod-shaped flour mixture. Tie both the sides of warp by twisting it and making it tight.
- Now keep this plastic-wrapped flour mixture in the freezer for 30 to 45 minutes to settle down.
- In the main while we prepare an oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 10 minutes line a baking tray with some part of paper.
- Remove the plastic-wrapped mixture from the freezer and cut it down into 1 /4 of half an inch then remove the plastic wrap from the cluttered mixture. Now arrange round cut mixture cookies to oven tray make sure each cookie has some space in between them.
- Just bake them at 170 degrees Celsius in pre-heated ovens for 10 to 12 minutes for softer cookies. You can cook them for another 2 minutes for more crispier cookies.
- Once cookies are cooked well remove them from the oven and let them cool down completely. Before storing them in a container. Our super crispy dish is ready to eat.
