MASALA MAGGIE
A. REQUIRED ITEMS
1. Maggie, 2 packets
2. Oil or butter 2 tablespoons
3. One big, chopped onion
4. Two green chillies
5. Carrot
6. Capsicum
7. Green peas
8. Two tomatoes
9. One tablespoon of turmeric powder
10. One by two tablespoons of red chilli powder
11. One by two tablespoons of coriander powder
12. Very little salt
13. Two test-makers
14. Two sprinkles
15. Water
16. Fresh coriander leaves
B. MASALA MAGGI RECIPE MAKING
Take a pan and heat it for 2 minutes. Add 2 tablespoons of oil or butter, and then add a big chopped onion to it. Sauté for 2 to 3 minutes. Tender it until it changes its colour. Add two cut green chillies to the recipe and mix it up well. Now add two chopped carrots, two chopped capsicum, and one by four green peas, then mix well. Saute for two to three minutes to make sure it’s cooked lightly. Do not overcook.
Now add chopped tomatoes to the recipe and mix it up well. Cook until tender and mushy. Make sure the tomatoes are soft now. Add one tablespoon of turmeric powder, one by two tablespoons of red chilli powder, one by two tablespoons of coriander powder, one tablespoon salt, two test makers, and little sprinkles. Make sure you mix it up well. Let’s wait for the masala to cook for two to three minutes.
After that, add two and a half cups of water to the recipe. Then cover the pan with a lid and leave for a good boil. Now add Maggi noodles to the recipe (break the noodles in half) and cook uncovered for two to three minutes, keeping the stirring in between. Make sure it’s not overcooked and mushy. Cook with soft hands; now water will be observed and noodles will be separated. It looks good if we add coriander leaves to it. Serve hot and fresh.
